The Bumbleberry Bakery products are delivered by Royal Mail track delivery, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) in the United Kingdom including the Highlands, Islands, Northern Island and Channel Islands . The bakery does not deliver to international countries including Eire.
If you have selected the free 'standard' delivery option, your package is expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days via Track 48 service so you can track progress of postage.
If you have selected an 'expedited' service at a small additional cost, your package is expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days via Track 24 service so you can track progress of postage.
If you have selected the guaranteed next day 'special delivery' service, your parcel is expected to arrive the next day.
From time to time, delays can occur with the postage system due to the weather, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Your parcel will be sent out for re-delivery by Royal Mail on the next possible day. The Bumbleberry Bakery does not issue refunds or accept cancellations for a delay unless delivery cannot be made within five working days.
If your parcel is being sent via Royal Mail and nobody is available to accept/sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect the parcel at their local post office or sorting office. Royal Mail stipulate that this must be collected within seven days along with the calling card.
Request for parcels to be left at a property in a safe place can be accommodated but a specific place must clearly be identified on ordering (for example, garage, porch or neighbour).
Royal Mail will NOT deliver to specific buildings within schools, hospitals or companies. If this occurs, Royal Mail will only leave the parcel with the most obvious reception point from the entrance of the address you provide.
Royal Mail will not telephone recipients at all so please do not request that recipients are telephoned upon delivery.
Customers must provide a full delivery address including a valid and correct post code. The Bumbleberry Bakery will not accept or are responsible for parcel delays with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
If Royal Mail cannot gain access to a building to leave the parcel or a calling card, The Bumbleberry Bakery does not accept or are responsible for the delayed delivery of the parcel.
Additional charges will be incurred for any re-deliveries to alternative addresses post initial order.
Delayed parcels cannot be cancelled or refunded unless lost or delayed by more than five working days.
If The Bumbleberry Bakery receives no communication from you, within seven days of delivery, regarding any problems with the order, you are deemed to have received the order as described and with no problems.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, have a complaint or problem with the products ordered , The Bumbleberry Bakery must receive your complaint, in writing within five days of receipt of the product and all packaging must be returned to the bakery by post prior to the best-before date of the product. Please send the package back to the bakery by recorded delivery, retaining a proof of delivery note for your reference.

Bumbleberry Belgian Chocolate Brownies are best kept refrigerated upon delivery, stored in an airtight container and consumed before the best before date (if they last that long!)
Cantucci is also best kept in an airtight container and consumed before the best before date.

All products have a general ingredient label, allergen information and best before date adhered to the package or box. Please contact The Bumbleberry Bakery if you have any queries regarding ingredients used or allergens. Allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soya are all ingredients used in The Bumbleberry Bakery. As a result, the bakery cannot guarantee or promise that traces of these allergens are be excluded from any of the bakery products.
The bakery's regular range of Belgian Chocolate Brownies do not contain alcohol, however some may contain nuts as labelled. Equally, some of our Cantucci ranges do contain alcohol such as Amaretto and all certainly contain ground almonds (nuts).
Some of the Christmas products and flavours available from November each year, will also contain alcohol however this will be clearly labelled on the website as part of product description as well as labeling on the product/packaging itself.
The Bumbleberry Bakery does not offer 'gluten-free' products as industry and food hygiene standards and regulations require separate production areas and equipment in order to label a product as ‘gluten-free’ which the bakery does not offer at this time.
